Start by placing 3 drops under the tongue 3 times per day. Hold for at least 2 minutes then swallow.

When you regularly use our CBD oils, you’ll likely be left with the empty tincture bottles afterwards and wonder what to do with them. Recycling glass CBD bottles is just one way to help reduce pollution and stop unnecessary items from going to landfill.
NB- If you are going to reuse and repurpose the glass bottles then please make sure that they are thoroughly washed out with warm soapy water first. The labels can be removed by soaking in warm water (or vinegar if sticky!) and gently scrubbed with a rough sponge.

I have only ever bought CBD oil from you. This time I bought the Calm CBD oil. I use it for my symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, insomnia and panic attacks. I’ve spoken to my GP about it and she’s happy with my use and the results.
I’ve been using CBD oil for two years now. This is by far my favourite brand and the most effective, most affordable and I’ve had no side effects using it. A few months ago you were out of stock so I bought some oil from another brand. I got bad migraines and anxiety very quickly. I’ve also used another brand but it was expensive and didn’t taste good.
My overall experience of Ethica CBD is life changing. It sounds dramatic but I’ll explain. I used to begin my day with meditation and EFT tapping just so that I could breathe normally and function well enough to make breakfast. I’d have panic attacks from any loud noises or phone calls and my stomach would lurch at the thought of going to work.
I became breathless when eating or talking and would ruminate about fearful thoughts.
That’s totally gone now. I wake up calm, no racing breath or heart rate. I still practice meditation but I don’t have to do it as often.
I feel grounded, if someone is upset or worried I can sit and listen rather than worrying about how I would help.
I take three drops in the morning and three in the evening. I used to take it intermittently (as in every few days when I remembered) and it didn’t seem to help at all. It needs to be taken every day. I used to take more drops but after a few weeks it felt like I was a bit switched-off and disconnected. Six drops a day seems to work perfectly.
The three bottles for £60 is extremely helpful. I like the taste of the Calm version, if you hold it under your tongue it loses all bitterness.
Since using it I no longer have hot flushes, lurching stomach and racing heart rate. Thank you so much!
